Feature Launch Film

We reached out to a handful real Snapchatters who expressed the desire to change their username (via Twitter) to talk to them in exchange for giving them early access to the feature. We interviewed each Snapchatter to learn about them, hear the story behind their original username choice, and why they’re looking to change it now.

We also created a few other marketing materials to raise awareness and teach Snapchatters about the new feature.
